Our Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at RONDURE. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns that meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Timeframe

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via email: service@rondures.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our customer service team will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed return instructions

Return Address

Please do not return items without obtaining a Return Authorization first.

Once you receive your Return Authorization, we will provide you with the specific return address for your order. All returns are processed through our US fulfillment centers.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Product defects or shipping errors: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Customer preference returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt

Refund Processing

  • We process refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via email at service@rondures.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item (showing damage or defect)
  • Description of the issue

We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund, and cover all associated shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, please:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
